Jim is a real estate development specialist and entrepreneur. He has spent fifteen years in the field and is uniquely talented at discovering and developing properties. Jim uses his vast experience to head up GRM’s residential division as well as our property development opportunities. Jim’s hands-on approach and craftsmanship talents lead to high quality results and many repeat customers. Jim graduated from Duquesne University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
